These educational videos are short (less than 5mn). They are in no way intended to replace the support relationship that is so important in the context of designing and launching a project. On the contrary, they constitute a basis for discussion between the supervisor (a business creation advisor, a teacher, etc.) and the person being supervised (a project leader, a student or high school student, etc.) about the latter’s project. In this respect, they each deliver the essential part of a chapter relating to the understanding of the nature of the Business Model as well as the dimensions and components of the GRP model. Beforehand, a video recalls the origin of the expression “Business Model” while giving the common sense that GRP Team sees in it.
