It is not enough to promise the value of the offer (cf. Value Proposition component), it is also necessary to know how to manufacture it. It is a process-type perspective that is proposed here, consisting of identifying and capturing the tangible and intangible resources necessary or useful to the project to undertake, arranging and organising these resources to produce the product or service and delivering this value to the actors concerned, first and foremost the customers or users.
