A component that seems more difficult to grasp, in particular because it is absent from strategic models, whereas conventions are everywhere in social systems. More or less explicit and more or less formal, they guide actors in their behaviour. Whether they are referred to or circumvented, it is impossible to ignore them because they penetrate business.
