Patrick Grisard, passionate about vines, wine and independence, created, ex nihilo, the Château Cornélie, vineyard of the Haut-Médoc, to fulfil his childhood dream. The Business Model presented here (poster, storyboard, script) reflects the situation at Château Cornélie in May 2013. Since then, Patrick Grisard has carried out his project of regrouping his activity on the Cissac site with 3.76 hectares planted, a new winery with wooden vats. He has regained his freedom with regard to the constraints of the appellation: Château Cornélie, Haut Médoc becomes Cornélie, Vin de France from the 2015 vintage.
