Florence Krémer graduated from the Institute of political science in Strasbourg, a doctor in management science and associate professor at the IAE of Bordeaux. Her work intersects the domains of marketing and entrepreneurship on the theme of the estimation and exploitation of business opportunity.

A specialist in distribution (direct sale, point-of-sale image; producer-supplier relations), she is also interested in the educational aspects of entrepreneurship, particularly in creativity methods (mental mapping).

She is scientific project leader in entrepreneurship teaching at the core of an IDEX (initiative in excellence), of which the Business Model part is led by the IRGO research team in Entrepreneurship (Institut de Recherche en Gestion des Organisations) and the Entrepreneurship Chair of the Bordeaux University Foundation.
